Building an ESB-style blaster, step-by-step
For around $60.00, here are some instructions on how to build this replica:
 | Purchase an "Airsoft" Mauser pistol for $15.00 on e-Bay.
Get a "spring" model which is plastic unless you want to spend
$100.00 or more for a metal, "gas" version |
 | Purchase a resin "Blaster Conversion Kit" on e-Bay. I
bought mine from a seller named "cloneorder66" for $46.00. |

The parts were already painted and weathered. |

 |
| Step 1:
Cut off approximately 1-1/2 inches of the barrel. Attach the
flash suppressor to the end of the barrel |
 |
| Step 2:
Attach the "piston halves" to the left side of the
pistol. Use screws, two-part epoxy, or heavy-duty double-stick
tape as I did. |

|
| Step 3:
Attach the scope mount to the right side of the pistol, again using
screws, epoxy, or double-stick tape.
Attach the scope to the mount using hex-head bolts included with the
kit.
You are now finished! |
