Starting with a Don Post "Luke Skywalker" X-Wing Pilot helmet (standard version), I added an orange flight suit purchased from a military surplus shop.  The chest box was purchased from Richie's Armor and the flak vest was made from directions found at Bubba's Barnyard of Star Wars Costumes.
